Saw this cake here and was wondering how the green on the top cake was done and the pink on the bottom cake. How do you get the fondant with those drape like edges around the cake. Is it done with a cutter or free hand?

The Wilton "Show n Serve" cake boards , the ones that have scalloped edges work great for a template. I bought those cakeboards on accident once and it was a cake blessing in disguise! Just roll out your fondant and place the scalloped board on top( use a size thats larger than your cake to allow for overhang) and cut out shape with an Exacto knife.
