AHi everyone, I am working on starting a legal business in MD and I am a little confused about sales tax. I have asked a few different people and received different answers so I am asking you guys since you all run the same type of business I will be, do I need to collect sales tax on baked goods? Rentals? Does it make a difference if I deliver or if they buy from me at a farmers market? I even asked two accountants and neither one could give me a deaf yes, they just gave me a copy of the law and I couldn't understand it well either. thanks for your help!

AA little bump, and also adding to my question. Wholesale to shops, do I charge them tax? I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this is no but wanted to check.
