I am making a cake for a friends, daughters birthday Sunday. It's Friday now and I just carved Hello Kitty's head. I plan covering it in fondant but should I do that the night before? Or what? Do I ice it now, or wait? And do I keep the  Head in the fridge? I put it in an air tight container for now... Please help icon_smile.gif

you can cover it now--no worries--keep it at room temperature after fondanting --not sealed tight
