I would like to make this as party favors for a bday tonight but how many cookies does it make?  I bought small mason jars that can hold 2 cups of water.  Would you be able to give me the measurements for a small mason jar?  Here is a photo of it compared to a glass: http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o226/mmhassa2/DSC_0669_zpsc64fa2f6.jpg

She says she uses a 1 quart jar. If there are 4 cups in a quart (I just Googled that), you only need half of her recipe to fill your 2 cup jar.

The blog you linked says she used a QUART jar.  Your 2 cup jar is a PINT.  You will get two of your pint  jars out of that recipe.
