I'm making a birthday cake on march 9th, frosted and filled with Rich's richwhip topping. I usually make cakes on the day I need them. I have also sometimes made them the day before. I'd like to know how much ahead I can make my cake without refrigerating. I live in wisconsin. Hoping someone can help me!
