Can someone please tell me how to do what I think is called a rosette out of marshmallow fondant? I saw something on here not long ago where someone folded a a circle of mmf then folded it again and they make beautiful, simple, and elegant looking flowers. Im not sure what kind of flower they are called though so I didn't know what to search by. Also, once you make them, do you combine 2 together to make a full flower and how do you stick them on a cake without it unfolding?

jessicakes has a ruffled flower tutorial. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for. circles are cut from fondant and folded twice and then put together...
