ALooking to purchase large metal cake pans to make a 50th birthday cake. I need a 5 and a 0 of course ;) What is a good website to purchase them on?! Thanks.

I've never seen anything other that the #1 pan from Wilton.  However, if you google "How To Make Number Cakes", you'll find a sheet that tells you how to cut and lay out various cake pieces to make the numbers you need.

 

Other than that, someone else may know of a supplier of other number pans.
