AHi. I have recently started making my children's birthday cakes, and I have a big first birthday coming up. I want to make my soon to be one year old's smash cake. It is a 3d teddy bear. What can I use, other than RKT, to make his little arms and legs from? It will be a rather smallish cake. Using two 6 inch round for the body and two 4 inch round for the head, carved. Any suggestions for arms, legs and ears that a one year old can safely chew? He has only four and 1 half little teeth. Thank you.

How about modeling chocolate? Maybe someone else has a better idea, but I usually go to RKT or MC when I need something like that. HTH

What about Twinkie (or similar) halves?  You could attached with melted chocolate.  Or some similar snack cake.
