Hey everyone,

I'm doing a gold-themed wedding cake shoot and need a really vibrant gold and vibrant bronze. I don't have an airbrush so I use edible gold spray but I don't know which one is better. I made the mistake of ordering both so now I don't know which one looks best. Do you use PME or Chefmaster gold, silver, and bronze spray?

Pictures will help too! Thanks everyone!

Oh and what about edible gold leaf? How much is it and is it worth it??

Thank you in advance!
Jennifer

Hey ICER 101,

Thank you for your fast reply. Is the Americolor gold sheen an airbrush color or can you just spray or paint it on? Sorry, I'm not familiar with it. Thank you!

Hi All, yes Americolor has recently released a Gold, Silver etc etc line of "Spray Mist" aerosol food color.

They don't have it listed on their website (www.americolorcorp.com )... However, many of their resellers do have it in stock... Including us (Flour Confections).

Follow the link in my signature and use the search to find "aerosol"... Or Google "Americolor Spray Mist".
