I am dying to find out if Satin Ice is the answer to my fondant problems, but cannot seem to use the magic words to get results on google. The thing is, after the nightmare I had with Wilton fondant recently, I refuse to use it alone. As in, I had to spend $22 bucks on Duff fondant and mix the two together to salvage the Wilton crap in my hands. I could order the Satin Ice online but I need it for a cake due Sunday so I would rather get it locally. I am in the north dallas/carrollton area. 75287 to be specific. Help?

Have you tried Fondx? I live in Frisco and have 10 pounds of white that is to be delivered here on Wednesday, I'd be happy to let you try it, buy it from me as my next cake is for March 8th. If you can't find anything else locally, let me know. I like Fondx a lot better than Satin Ice personally.
