Decorating my cake by making MAC make-up. Fondant or Marzipan?

Hi there! I'm in a bit of a pickle.....

I've read many posts about modelling but still unsure of what to use.

I 'm going to be decorating my cake by making MAC make-up.

Should i be using ready coloured fondant or marzipan?

Would love to hear your suggestions xx

Half gumpaste/fondant mixture, and so easy to color you own white product using Americolors. We use a squirt in a baggy then knead. Keeps your fingers clean icon_smile.gif Also then you don't have to purchase a whole pound of each color and you can mix any color you like. If you go to FB and put in "Lille Little Bite Bake Shop" you can see a picture of our MAC cupcakes we did icon_biggrin.gif

Yes Laurelj, ur MAC cakes look fab! i've liked your facebook page, your so talented. I hope my MAC  make-up turns out as good as yours. I'm ok with making the blush and eyeshadow palettes, just get a bit stuck when making the lipstick. Any tips on how i can improve on this please? Your lipstick looked amazing!
