zero contact from Cake Central Magazine

I didn't get the link for my issue 3 vol 10. I have now sent three emails to the contact us link on the magazine page and have yet to get a reply or the link.....I'm so disappointed in the customer service for cake central magazine.... It's apparent they don't care at all about customer service!!!

I too have had some issues downloading my subscription recently.

 

I too have sent multiple emails (four of them) to orders@cakecentral.com and also copied the last two to contact@cakecentral.com.  It has now been more than 3 weeks since I sent the first one and I still haven't received a response of any kind.  I've also tried (twice!) doing an online enquiry on cakecentral itself as well as posting on the cakecentral Facebook page.  I did get the auto-replies from the online enquiry ... but still nothing from an actual person who might actually solve my problem. 

 

I too will not be renewing my subscription ... and to be frank, based on this lack of responsiveness, I will not be purchasing anything from cakecentral ever again. 

 

... which is a pity since, for the record, I really enjoy the magazines .. when I get to read them.

Yes, same here, so disappointing , the magazine is good but what a poor customer service, I haven't receive two of my issues and there is no way I'm paying for nothing.  Solve your problems CC

Yep, im in the same boat - 2 issue not received, numerous emails sent and posted via the feedback form on the site and still no reply.  Definately will not be renewing.  Quite seriously the worst customer service I have received in many years.

I've never heard back from Cake Central Magazine. When the refund was offered last winter when the cancelled the print form, I requested it.  I only received one issue of the magazine. I have sent reasonable emails and never even got a reply. I even pm'ed Heath (who said he'd look into it for me) and nothing ever happened.  I still want to say that I am very thankful for CC and all that it taught me, but it irritates me the lack of customer service.  I don't know why they even bothered offering a refund that they were never going to give.  If I had known that, I would have just kept the online subscription.  

I just subscribed earlier this month.  I received the auto reply saying I would receive an email with the link for the download "in a few moments".  2 weeks later, 3 or 4 emails & still nothing.  I'm very unhappy with this.  I don't spend as much time on CC as I would like, but I really like the site & the magazine looks wonderful. 

Same issue here. I have sent numerous emails and contacted the BBB..........cake central in the magazine business is a rip off! Don't subscribe.

At one time I had thought about getting this magazine but I see too many complaints so I decided against it.  I would rather have a magazine in my hand than one that is electronic only. Good luck and I hope they get it resolved soon!!!

It's really baffling to me to see such a great product with a good amount of revenue potential paired with lackluster customer support. Especially when the poor quality of the support is pointed out time and time again here in the forums with no official acknowledgement from the staff.

Got sent an email with a link for Volume 4 Issue 3. Link leads nowhere.

 

I went to download Volume 4 Issue 2, and oh...link leads to Volume 4 Issue 3!

 

So…got the latest issue by accident. But now I can't download the wedding issue (#2).

 

I've also sent 4 reasonable emails, one per week since the beginning of the month. No answer. I have two issues left in my subscription and then it will expire. I'm still wondering if I'll be lucky enough to get those. If the problems are not fixed, I won''t renew either. I hate getting empty links in exchange for my money and worse, feeling powerless when I get no answers for a month.
