AI have a customer that is driving long distanc,e to purchase a cake from me. Because of that, she is getting it 3 days before her event. I'm not worried abt it being moist, it will be fine. I'm worried abt how to store it. Its a zebra sheet cake. It will be white butter cream with black fondant stipes. How will the stripes hold up in the fridge from wed night to Saturday night? How should I advise her how to keep it. I know there's a no-no rule abt fondant in the fridge.m how should I wrap it?

Is there a reason to refrigerate?  Perishable fillings?  If not, store at room temperature, boxed.

No filling. We just thought it had to be fridged.
