so  a friend of mine is having a first birthday for her daughter she is undecided on a theme of cowgirl or princess beauty and the beast, she is leaning more towards cowgirl, i am going to be making cake pops and if she does the cowgirl thing i am looking for a cowboy boot cutter that is small enough that i can fit it on the cake pop everything so far i have seen online is cookie sized

I haven't seen anything that small. Maybe a small chocolate mold instead?

try coppergifts.com    They are a great source for cookie cutters, and will make cutters any size you want.

I'll second "yortma" on Copper Gifts cookie cutters. The workmanship is superb, and if there's a way to do what you need, they'll do it. They were once featured on one of Food Network's "magazine" shows, Unwrapped, if I remember right.
