I am a novice baker and I would like to know if there are any special pans to bake the pregnant lady shaped cake? The cake that I would like to bake consist of breast and stomach with pretruding belly button.. Thank you for your assistance.

personally, I'd just use my regular rounds and carve them into shape... but you could probably use wiltons half soccer ball pan for the belly and the mini doll pan for the boobies. (I just find they don't bake as well as the standard round or square pans do. If you use the big half ball pan... I would use a core of some kind and lower the temp of your oven so that the outside of the cake isn't hard as rocks and the center barely cooked. that's just my two cents
