AI know I've seen them before some were. The ones that make the pattern on the bottom layer. Thanks!
Those don't look like the same cutters to me but, I love the ones you are looking for. Please let us know if you do find them.
Pummy seems to be correct. They have those cutters on the website she mentioned. The picture looked pretty so I looked up the cutters on flour confections and it looks similar. It's Venetian window cutter set by Lisa Bugeja like Pummy said
These are definitely Lisa's Venetian Window cutters. We have had great success with these... It's hard to keep them in stock.
You can find her whole line of cutters here; http://www.flourconfections.com/designs-lisa-bugeja-m-81.html
Checkout her blog for a tutorial she did for CakeFu using the Starburst Cutter. http://flourconfections.blogspot.com/ back in November.
If you are in Australia you can find Lisa's cutters at Cakes Around Town and Glasshouse Cakes & Supplies.
This cake was made before Lisa even launched her new cutters - these pieces were hand cut
(although I agree they are nearly a perfect match for the new cutters that I purchased because of this very cake)

Thank you all! I'll receive mine next Friday, I'll post the photo, thanks for your help.

All I can say is WOW... What an amazing job.
If you know the artist, please pass on our feedback.
Thank you so much for the information. I didn't see the Venetian Window cutters when I was on the website. She does have some great cutters.
