I am so excited to anounce that I am just a few short weeks away from officially opening for business!!! I guess this will be the true test. No more cakes just for family and friends, but now, hopefully, strangers that return so often I consider them family!

 

Indiana Cottage Food Laws only let me bake from home if selling my products at a farmers market or a roadside stand, so I have not been able to make that move from hobby to business. Now I have found a commercial kitchen to rent by the hour!!!!!
