made cupcakes, normal mix, normal timings .......... and the wrappers keep coming away from the cakes!!! gggrrrrrr. Im thinking it's these particular cases as I'm sure this happened last time i used the cases, so think I'll be avoiding them from now on!
However I did manage to salvage the 'look' by taking them out, covering the tops with fondant icing and placing them back in a clean case to try and keep the bottom of the cake from drying out!
