I used Dawn cake mixes when I worked for a bakery and it was quite yummy and easy to make. There were instructions right on the bag through - something like 5kg cake mix, 20 eggs, oil and water. Throw it all together and mix for 5 mins. It came together super quick and was good for stacking cakes. And yummy :)

I'm thinking about using dawns cake mix for my new bakery. Because of consistency and efficiency reasons when hiring bakers. It's hard to rely on people's baking skills, and because I'm not always going to be there to bake, I'm looking for a good quality mix for my product. Thats why I need advise from anyone that had used dawn Bakers Request mix... This line is the one that doesn't need eggs, just oil and water.
Thanks

I've used Dawn for years. They have multiple grades of many of their products, so you need to compare them side by side in a tasting. I only used the ones that needed eggs, oil and h2o. I don't think there is a better product out there, unless you go scratch.

Your adding water at two different times. Because if you add it all at once you'll have too much liquid that will bounce out of your mixer.
