I don't know if these are the same flowers but I made these pink ones pretty easily. It's going to sound confusing, I bet, but I'll try to explain. I use MMF but roll it out in a long rectangle rather than a circle. Cut strips, the thicker the stripes, the bigger the flowers. Roll the end of the strip up with one hand (to create the center) and with the other hand, pinch the excess fondant together on the bottom tier. Roll again with one hand, and pinch again with the other. Keep rolling and pinching until it's the side flower you want. I usually rip off the excess bottom that's been pinched up since it can get really thick. Set them in an empty egg crate and let them dry overnight. I hope that made sense to some degree.
