Help! Cake ball problem!

Thread Starter

I decided to make some cake balls for a social tomorrow morning. I used a red velvet cake but accidentally added too much cream cheese frosting and now they're mushy. They don't have the cake consistency at all. Please help, how do I rectify this?icon_sad.gif

You could always bake more cake and add it to it.

I would rather make 1 cake for $150, than 3 for $50 each.

The person who works for nothing will always have plenty to do!

My sarcasm is good-humored. People generally really like me, in person ;-)

I agree with Anna. I can't think of a way to make them less mushy. I have done that before and had to add cake. icon_redface.gif  Maybe someone else has a brilliant idea....
