I have a client that wants this cake however, I cannot find a mold or stencil for this pattern. Does anyone know where I can find one or another way to get this pattern?? I appreciate any help that I can get

It's a lace mold by CK molds. I purchased mine online.

I also sell this exact lace pre-made in my Etsy store and it's VERY popular.

A mold worth getting!

Yep, CK.  I've had that mold for years and used it a lot!

ok can anyone tell me about how much they would charge for a cake like this. It's homemade vanilla cae with a pineapple filling

Looking at the size of the lace mold to estimate the size of the tiers I'd say this is a 6, 8, 10 inch cake. Could be wrong. So, Whatever your pricing matrix is for a filled, fondant cake. In my area I get $4.00 per serving for this cake so $400.00.

There. Their. They're not the same.

I hope I die before "your" becomes the official contraction of "you are."
