AAre you talking about the pricing matrix linked below? If so what type of conversions do you need help with?

AThe unit price column's calculation is (price * unit amount) / (amount * unit conversion). So if the unit amount you want to use for the unit price is different from the units on the product you purchased, you can use the conversion column to take this into account. For example, the Ribbons line shows an amount in yards (since ribbon is sold by the yard) but the unit amount is inches, so the conversion factor would be 36 (1 yard = 36 inches).

Ok so, if I bought 15 dozen eggs at $16.94.. the recipe calls for 4 eggs ..The Item would be Eggs.. The Amount would be $16.94.. the unit amount would be 4 .. the unit conversion would be ??? the price would be $16.94.. and it would calculate to me the price of 4 eggs..?? I'm sorry, I'm just confused..Please explain this way, Thank you so much for helping me!

If you bought ONE dozen eggs for a dollar and the recipe uses 4 eggs, you would be using 12/4=3 or 1/3 of the dozen and the unit price would be 1/3 of the dollar that you paid for the dozen eggs or 33 cents. HTH
