First ever heart shaped cake with poured ganache. My goal with this cake was to market it on my website as an option for Valentines day (will include price and details in the ad). But when I went to pipe the wording on it i messed up and decided to cover with the piped roses. What are your opinions on this? Is it good enough to use for marketing or should I toss and start over. Thanks!

AHello staci :) The ganache looks really nice, shame about the writing I struggle with that a lot too so I know what you mean. I think the roses are nice but they look a bit randomly scattered. I think maybe if you cover the whole cake with red coloured fondant roses it will look quite nice? Or if its not too much of a hassle I would start again especially if its for marketing as it would need to be perfect.
