I am wondering if this is royal icing. I have never used it. Does it dry rock hard like royal icing? Thanks in advance.
I know it can sometimes be frustrating. Sometimes, your post is quickly answered with expert advice.
This is one of those cases where people don't know the answer.
I've never used that product so I don't know. Hope you find an answer.

It's never "just cake!"
You may get a cake for $way to little but you won't get this cake!

I doesn't dry hard and fast like royal icing. It is more like glace icing. It takes my glace icing about 24 hours to dry. This does setup faster 3-4 hrs. We've only used it at playdates with the kids, I've never used it for decorating because I'd have to modify the consistency to do outlines and such and by the time I could take it out of the bottle and modify to make it stiffer, i could make my own glace icing.
Thank you for your kind reply. I decided to just make royal icing. I don't like making it though. I was hoping for a easy way out.
