Hi all,

Am very desperate to save fondant. The last few days it has been raining in Singapore. Usually we are hot and humid.

Did fondant left them with fan to dry, next morning, all sweating wet??!!!

Tried putting in oven to warm for 7 minutes, all puffed up. Into the bin.

Did a new lot using Gum paste and also added Gum tex.

Any suggestions.

Help!!

Thank you all.

Jacqui

Are you making fondant/gumpaste accents and decorations that you need to dry hard or is this the fondant on a cake?

In Singapore, you have to run the air conditioning in your home- the fan won't cut it.
