Please help .... I have been making fondant cakes and need help with cake filing options for fondant covered cakes. I have only the basic Bavarian cream, fresh strawberries and whipped cream and the basic butter cream. What are some great recipes for cake filing? Is there some that i should absolutely not use on fondant covered cakes? Is there any that taste great? I need options i have been getting cake orders from family and friends and would like to add some good recipes. Thank you.
