Nicholas Lodge Gumpaste ?

i just made it today and it seems ok i think seems to be a marshmellow texture to it. is this normal?  all i have used is wilton gumpast mix  also have the one recipe buy scott clark wooly.

 

what do i do after it has sat in the fridge for 24 hours?

Allow the gumpaste to come to room temperature. Then take the amount you are going to be using   and knead it with slightly greased fingertips. As you knead it will become pliable like chewing gum, color at this point.
