My first crack at a Cake

The cake is made with Chocolate sour cream cake with raspberry filling. The camo is done with BC and the ribbons are chocolate.

It was my first time making a decorated cake at this level and my first chocolate ribbon.

My first crack at a cake. I usually do cheesecakes so this was big for me.

Yum, My husband made me a dark chocolate cake with black raspberry filling for my birthday last month. And, no, he is not a baker (though I would love to be able to pay him what he makes at his current job to come work for us) so, the  fact he made it and it was wonderful made it even more special. Great first try, too!

I would rather make 1 cake for $150, than 3 for $50 each.

The person who works for nothing will always have plenty to do!

My sarcasm is good-humored. People generally really like me, in person ;-)
