Add some grated chocolate.  Like 2-3 ounces per mix. NO changes to the mix.  If you have chocolate chips, then break them up with a short buzz in a food processor together with the dry cake mix.

It will melt into the batter and be "fudgy" even better than the fudge mix.

Is it possible to add a bit more cocoa...like a tbsp or 2-3...I don't want tostart adding real chocolate as that adds up in cost.

You can add 2 tablespoons real cocoa and 2 tablespoons sugar to each dry mix, as well as 2 tablespoons more oil  per mix
