If you do not have a cutter in the correct shape of the accent pieces what I do is draw a template on paper, and use that to cut my shapes out of fondant. Then I'd just attach with gum glue or water and smooth.

NO!
I'd be looking at a MINIMUM of $15 CAD.
But I actually think leah_s is nearer the mark with her price!!!!!!!!!

leah's got it!
if i counted right there's at least 30 precise cuts of fondant in each cake in three various colors
30 times 30 is a lot
900 precise fondant cuts, handlings, applications that's 2, 700 fondant touches alone plus a thousand of random handlings
- make & wrap 30 boards (and i'm already pissed off at myself :)
- cut out the 30 different shapes you need times thirty cakes
- apply 900 shapes n.i.n.e. h.u.n.d.r.e.d.
- boxing up 30 things not to slip during delivery when you really want to throw them out the window by now
no no no no no leah low balled the price!!!!!

i would be furious with myself--i would not even speak to me possibly forever or longer
<runs screaming>
those are really too costly to price adequately
could be done handily by a team
by an individual? therapy might be in order afterwards
it's like when you take your car for a $50 part and the labor is $1000
i would realistically price those about $50 each
and at some point in time i might start talking to myself again

upon a little further reflection
i'd calculate the $50 each plus a 10 to 25% upcharge
(they are too expensive to purchase)
but after you cover each one in grey
roll out a long while piece
cut it into a wide long ribbon
cut out the oval shapes and put the hearts on those
make the 'breaks' the cuts in what's left on the table after you remove the ovals
you will have the oval 'holes' bodered by white
so make the little cuts in the top, bottom & side white border (where the ovals were) to make the little squares

Yes! If you visualize the white part *flat* you can see how to do this in one continuous cut.
I think you're in this for $4.50. It's not really cool to change a price once it's quoted. Chalk it up to learning. Painfully.
