AHey all! I have a wedding cake, 2 grooms cakes and several dozen cookies to deliver on Valentine's day. I wanted to finally try transporting the cake already stacked and ready to go as I ha e always taken them seperated and stacked/decorated them at the venue. I am finally purchasing some sps 's and wanted to know if these are typically sturdy enough for this? Or should have a helper air in the back with the cake ?
Definitely sturdy enough. Just make sure you can lift the cake and get it in and out of the car fully stacked. You shouldn't need someone in the back (unless you drive like a maniac!)
AIts gonna be a 12,9,6 each tier 5 inches high. buttercream with sugar roses..so a bit heavy but nothing crazy..
AYeah that's true...I wouldn't be able to lift it alone... guess the hubs is coming with me on this one :)
