Here are some tips that I've came across on CC or on my own!!
Dish Sanitizer
1TBS of bleach to 1 gallon of water (keep things super clean y'all!)
Use Dawn dish soap, cuts grease better then any other detergent!
Use paper plates and plastic spoons or knifes to mix colors and flavors.
Use disposable pipping bags, throw away or go green and re use
.
Small garbage can right by work area. (Fresh bag people)
WET and DRY cloth handy at all times!
Parchment/Wax paper on counter tops.
Line sheet pan with parch paper, put all utensils,colored b-c ect on the pan so its easyer to move around!
Clear rap under mixer bowl that way batter drips on clear wrap!
Keep half sink full of soapy water to plop all mixing tools ect in.
Such simple tips that help a whole lot!!!
