I always have such a problem deciding what to charge for cakes. I have a $40 minimum but What should I charge for a Cake like this?

AI think at least $75-100, thats on the cheap sid too! people have no idea how many man hours go into these works of art, to me $40 doesn't even touch materials! You might try cake boss software to help u figure your cost and time etc.. Hope that helps

ASuch a cute cake! I agree with the previous posters though, it takes far too much work to do that. Charging $40 would be cheating yourself because fondant and other materials do cost money for the baker too!

What is going to be the size of the cake?  Are you doing the baby bottom out of cake, RKT or just fondant?

it's a 3-d sculpture--should start in the $250's & up i think
