HELP!!! In need of suggestions with color theme! Stumped

 Hi

 

I am doing cupcakes for a Sheriff retirement party.  The colors are green, black and yellow. I will be placing cupcakes on white cupcake tower.  I am stumped on what liners to use.

 

My decorations:  Fondant handcuffs topper

                           Gold/yellow badge (non edible)

                           Black fondant dumbells (mini..the retiree is a cross-fit trainer)

                           Her initial in gold

 

I was thinking of placing green (forest) ribbon around cupcake tower

and have no clue with liners.  These colors are difficult and not too pretty. lol

Gold foil liners.

 

They will go with everything especially if you make gold handcuffs.

Foil liners are prettier than plain paper ones (in my opinion):

I would alternate gold foil and solid black papers. You could put the black decorations on the gold cupcakes and vice versa, then the green ribbon on the stand would pull it all together.
