I've never ordered online before And wanted to know what is the best place to order some gumpaste tools and a new fondant work mat? I don't want to use global sugar art because I definitely can not afford for any credit cards to be compromised. What are your suggestions?

In Canada I use Ebay vendor bluelakefox, very reliable and great selection.  He may even ship to the US for a very reasonable postage charge which you can see before you buy.
