AHi everyone !! Hope you all had great holidays.

Look I was making this http://www.tastebook.com/recipes/2254801-Family-Baked-Chocolate-Pudding?full_recipe=true But I skipped sauce part, because I was not sure if 2 and a half cups of water was the right amount. Isn't it too much?? But also without the sauce as a result I got a sponge like cake, or muffin.. however you call it. As I see in a pic it should be quite moist enough, so I'm confused, but I still think that 2 1/2 cups of water would ruin my baking...

Try it and see!  Make a half batch even, just to experiment.  There will be lots of trial and error to come up with your personal favorite recipes.  Find some willing co workers or family members to be your judges, and you will be very popular!
