Does anyone have the Cake Pop Roller?

I received one for Christmas and had a question (called HCP but no response back yet...)

It seems as though my roller is out off alignment. I tried fiddling with it but it's still 'lopsided". Check out the photo below....does yours do this? The tracks on mine make more of an oval shape.....

Don't have this issue with mine, but have you tried undoing one of the inserts and turning it around to see if it lines up? It might be slightly off centre
