If CK Products can make a shorting with trans-fat why can't Crisco still make one?

The trans fats were removed for health reasons (and to simplify their manufacturing since more cities and states have started banning trans fats). Crisco without trans fats is "good enough" for its target market. If you know that shortening with trans fats is superior, you are not in Crisco's target market.
