I am trying to make an icing which is vegan and I have heard that coconut cream icing is quite good and most vegan bakeries use it and has that very white color.
Do I need to add a stabilizer like Whip It, or can I just whip the fat and add sugar and vanilla?
Please help I need this for my sister's cake next Saturday :(
