Any ideas on how I can make these buttercream tulips and leaves?

It's really simple, basic piping :)
The flowers: use tip 150 (OR you could use 104, but 150 is better.)
Leaves: cut cone, or tip 348 thru 352.
That is a very pretty tulip cake. Here is a video below from Seriouscakes that is a also pretty. She uses the regular rose tip to do hers. She also made a basket weave basket in video. See below.
