AI have been asked to make Glutten Free Cupcakes for a wedding... Bride can"t eat anything else :-( Have never baked Glutten Free, will greatly appreciate some good recipes, any flavor. Thank you!

You will need to buy special ingredients--buy them in sealed packages NOT from bulk bins that can be cross contaminated by accident.

Find out from the bride if she needs specific grains to be avoided, as well as does she need celiac style gluten-free.  Some baking powders have corn starch which is not good enough for some special cases (then you use baking soda and cream of tartar). 

FYI Some people cannot tolerate the use of bowls and utensils that were also used for wheat.  Gotta ask to know how far you have to go.
