I had a chocolate cupcake from Crumbs Bakery yesterday. I was really surprised to find it moist rich and really delicious. Past reviews have led me to believe that their product was dry and just ok tasting. I would love to find a "copy" of their recipe, but when I googled it, nothing came up. Has anyone found their recipe?

Partial help: go back to the bakery and ask for their list of ingredients and nutritional info label. They are required to list ingredients in decreasing order by weight. So then you look for recipes that have about the same proportions of fat and ingredients.
There is also the issue of baking cupcakes at lower temperature and paying attention to the doneness so that they are not overcooked. I have found that silicone cups bake hotter in the same oven than the aluminum cupcake pans.
