I am a member with a fairly new biz and had posted some questions on this forum. I was asking some questions on how to attract new customers to my website. No big deal but it was directed to the forum professionals. Today I went online to go to my website and this post was there for public viewing. I am shocked. I in no way wanted this to be out in the public. I don't know much about this computer stuff but I will warn any upcoming biz to be careful what you ask. Things may be made public that you thought were not going to be. How does this stuff happen??
CC threads and posts are completely searchable. You can go on google and find anything here.

Pattycake12~~Sorry you have had an unsettling experience. However, you can be thankful that it happened now, in the early stages of your business startup, rather than later.
Anything you post online is easily found by others and can be reposted anywhere. Us "older" folks keep telling the kids, "It won't stay a secret! Don't post photos! A future boss can see that!", but to no avail......
Here is a hysterical facebook spoof that may bring a smile:

I'm not sure I get it either. Are you saying that you made a post on Cake Central that is now appearing on your website? Who has access to your website besides yourself? People can find all of the Cake Central posts on the CC site, but who would have the authority to put it on your website?
