I am planning on baking cupcakes using Kakeladi's WASC recipe which calls for 18.25 ounces of white cake mix. I only have the new mix size (16.5 ounces). Should I increase flour and or sugar?
I have addressed this issue in the comment section of the recipe - way down near the bottom :)
I have done it different ways. When the change 1st started I used more mix from another box to make up the difference. But here lately I have made NO changes and they turned out just fine baked in a 9x12x2 Magic Line pan.
