Hi,
I'm just wondering: is a mudcake served without layers, or can I 'layer' a white chocolate mud cake & fill in-between layers with either a white choc ganache or buttercream frosting?
I need to do this for a friend's wedding cake & just want to make it special - not sure which way to go.
Also, I will be covering with fondant, so don't want the cake ending up too sweet...
