Hola a tod@s!! Tengo un problemilla y quería ver si algun@ de vosotr@s me puede ayudar. He hecho un bizcocho brownie de chocolate y por tres sitios me han subido unas burbujas muy grandes y por abajo se han quedado huecas. El horno estaba a la temperatura correcta y la receta también es la correcta. No sé si puede deber a que mi horno no tiene ventilador, sino que es un horno eléctrico muy básico que sirve para calentar y poco más. Muchas gracias.
