I was asked to make a wedding cake for 200 people. I checked the Wilton site and their chart is based on a 2 layer cake. I'm planning on each tier being 4 layers. Should I add more servings then?? A bit confused! Any help will be much appreciated! Thx!

The Wilton wedding chart is for a 2 layer cake, but each layer is 2" tall. So the total height would be 4" tall - which is the standard height for a wedding cake. It doesn't matter if you have 2 layers of cake with 1 layer of filling or 3 layers of cake cake with 2 layers of filling or 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling as long as the tier is 4" tall you can use the chart:
http://www.wilton.com/cakes/making-cakes/baking-wedding-cake-2-inch-pans.cfm
For round cakes a 14", 12" 10", 8", 6" will feed 208.
For squre cakes 14", 10", 8", 6" will feed 198.
