Okay Wilton says the 6" round 2 tiered cake serves 12. No where can I find how this is to be cut. I have a bride wanting to do these for @ her guests tables. can 12 servings really be done? HELP

I would say that if there are 8 people at a table, then you can expect to get 8 servings out of each 6" cake.
Remember that Wilton assumes that the top cake (usually 5-6" size) will be saved for the first anniversary even if they provide a "serving" size for it. I would NOT plan 12 servings from a 6" cake at a dinner table.
For tables of 12, I would do 8" cakes.
