I am doing a football helmet, I don't have an airbrush machine so I am taking it to someone who does to do it for me. My question is do I cover in fondant tonight, getting airbrushing done tomorrow or do I wait until just before I go to cover? TIA

I would recommend covering the day of. If you cover it first, and refrigerate the cake, you run the risk of condensation forming on the outside, and thus affecting the airbrushing. That said, I have done it, by taking it out of the fridge a couple hours before, so that any moisture has time to evaporate, and it worked. Good luck!
